returns and exchanges

If, for some reason, you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it within 10 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund, minus shipping costs, as long as the merchandise is in its original condition. Please take care in repackaging the product as it was shipped to you; keeping all packaging, inserts and tags intact. Exchanges follow the same guidelines, 10 business days, minus shipping costs. If you receive damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can take the necessary next steps with the shipping company. There are no refunds or exchanges for special orders.

lead times

Lead times vary based on product from 1-3 weeks. If we have the item in stock, it will ship immediately. If you are concerned for time, please contact us to verify the lead time on specific products.

blind-box

Most of our products are sold blind box. The designs are subtly different meaning the size and general shape of your product may not be what you see in the photo. This allows you to have a custom product unique to you!

shipping

Standard shipping is USPS Ground. For an additional cost more expedient shipping options are available, please contact us directly to discuss.

special orders

Please contact us if you would like a custom size, color, or material. If you have a variation of a product you would like to see, let us know as well!
